I went to Brussels, in Belgium, for a trade test for a job in Saudi Arabia.
We travelled there, about ten of us, in a mini bus, got to Brussels, no problem, and had a week in a factory which manufactured prefabricated buildings for export.  
The first day there I asked where the toilet was, 'Through that door', I was told, it was the the good old continental bog, a hole in the floor.
But you need three hands, one to hold onto the door, one to hold your strides up, and one to wipe your bum .
